This rubber is very much like a controlled version of the Tenergy 05. Comparing it to the Tenergy 05, it is considerably less sensitive to spin, the speed is quite similar and it’s definitely easier to control.
The Roundell can still generate plenty of spin, almost as much as the Tenergy 05, but you need to dig the ball into the sponge a little more to get it, whereas with the Tenergy you could almost brushloop like with a tacky Chinese rubber.
There is still some glue feel, but a little less than the Tenergy 05.
I think this is suitable for those that love the Tenergy 05 but find it a little too hard to control, due to it’s high sensitivity to spin and high throw.
