I’ve known Kevin Finn for many years as we’re both keen participants of the OOAK table tennis forum. It’s only about a year back when I checked out his Fitness Walkthrough website, that I came to realise how much he knows about fitness, health and nutrition, especially related to table tennis.
Kevin has written a book called The Table Tennis Player’s Guide to Health and Fitness book, which is really well written, and by far the most detailed guide I’ve ever seen, especially for table tennis players! not only that, but it’s FREE!
